Delete your Lingocast account

In the app: open Lingocast → tap the ⋯ menu (top right) → Delete account → confirm.

Without the app: email lingocast-support@googlegroups.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, all your episodes and their audio and transcripts, and your token balance and history — immediately. Encrypted backup copies disappear within about 5 weeks as backups rotate. Unused tokens are lost and can't be refunded. Purchase records may be kept where the law requires it.
